My mates and i are coming up with a 3D LAN game tentatively titled NOMADS.

Here's a concept artwork for one of the characters from the 3 races (mine's the cyberpunk-cultist-ninja-assassins group. how cool is that?)

Scanned pencil line art colored entirely on photoshop. i'm getting around to a more consistent coloring style lately and i'm darned happy about it ;)

Not bad at all...

You could try making the outline more variable, like the hair. And some bullets are lacking perspective...

The overall is great!

I tried applying as a Sherpa, but they declined. They say I delay the climb by building snowmans and chasing around Mountain Goats when I feel the jiggy...

very cool design. I really like the fur trim and the vesty cape thing. The buckled sleeve is also really awesome, but its just awesome in general xD
