 colored version of  's slick lines >> [link]messed with the colors a bit by giving the mermaid a different color scheme (skintone, scales) because i figured, if there were real merpeople, they'd have bluish skin for survival purposes. so now i'm thinking she doesn't totally look like ariel anymore. sorta. lineart - colors - moi pscs2 on a wacom intuos 3, 6 to 8 hours *edit: 'la mer' is french for 'the sea', which incidentally is the title of the song 'beyond the sea' in the french version. not to be confused with 'merde'. for obvious reasons |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
